A screening report and a CPSC Product Registry data set each carry a reference ID and a six-character verification code on the letterhead. Entering both confirms that the record exists and what it delivered: the product, the prepared date and, for a screening report, the outcome line. The supplier’s name, the findings and the requester are never shown here.

The code is computed from the record itself and is not stored; a report or filing issued before 2026-09-21 carries no code. A copy whose ID and code do not verify here, or whose outcome line differs from this page, is not the record Tiana & Co. delivered.
