CPSC Product Registry dataOn the call, your certificate data is organized and formatted into CPSC's Product Registry upload template, with the certificate itself drafted on 16 CFR 1110.11 for you to review and issue, and a README that names every value changed to fit CPSC's format. You leave the call with the upload file and the companion notes in hand.
The file is formatted for upload to the CPSC Product Registry, an account held in your own name. Nothing is submitted for you, and the call never decides what goes on a customs entry.

Detention evidence packageOn the call, your response documents are organized into the package a customs attorney can act on — an editable cover, a README that explains what each part is, and your evidence sorted to the categories CBP's notice cites. You leave with the assembled set ready to hand to counsel.
The call organizes and formats your own documents. It never argues your case or decides what to say to CBP — a licensed customs attorney leads the response, and nothing is filed for you.

How the call works

Book by email. Say which package you want and a few times that work. A confirmation and a short list of what to have ready — your certificate data, or the documents CBP's notice references — comes back the same day.

Meet for the working session. About 45 minutes, screen shared. Your own data is entered and organized with you, questions answered as they come up, and the artifact is built in front of you rather than handed over later.

Leave with the files. The upload file and companion notes, or the assembled evidence package, are yours at the end of the call. Tiana & Co. keeps nothing, and the artifact is ready for its next stop — your own CPSC Registry account, or your customs attorney.
What the call does not do
- —It does not conduct customs business. The call never classifies the goods beyond an informational 6-digit HS code, computes a customs value, decides trade-agreement eligibility, or files an entry — those belong to a licensed customs broker.
- —It does not argue a detention. The evidence package is organized for a customs attorney to act on; the call never decides what to say to CBP or leads the response.
- —It does not submit or file anything. The Registry file is formatted for upload to the certifier's own CPSC Product Registry account; nothing leaves the call on anyone's behalf.
- —It does not store your documents. Whatever you share on the call is worked with you and stays with you; the finished files are yours to take.

How it is built
The call uses the same tools the site runs on their own. Every routing decision is deterministic code, never a language model's opinion; the government lists are matched locally against dated snapshots; and every value the format changes is named in the README, so the file you leave with is one you can explain line by line.
