TikTok Shop no longer asks for a GCC for OTC medicines you swallow
TikTok no longer asks for a GCC for pills and other OTC products you swallow. Now the lab test report has to show the product meets the child-resistant packaging rule (16 CFR 1700) and FDA's rules for the OTC label and the NDC.
Makers, importers and repackers also need a certificate of analysis, a cGMP certificate and a lab test report from the last 180 days.
Buying to resell? You need an invoice from the maker or distributor, dated in the last 180 days, for at least 400 units. You also need the brand owner's or maker's written OK to resell, and a lab test report from one of TikTok's partner labs.

Same documents as before, reworded: the FDA registration and listing screenshots must come from FDA's FURLS site, and devices for professionals only are banned.
Buying to resell? You need an invoice from the maker or distributor, dated in the last 180 days, for at least 400 units, plus photos of the product and its packaging.

- Not since 2 Oct 2026. TikTok's OTC page now asks for a lab test report showing the product meets the child-resistant packaging rule (16 CFR 1700) and FDA's OTC label and NDC rules, plus a certificate of analysis and a cGMP certificate for makers, importers and repackers.
