Each version of the Terms of Service is recorded here with the date it took effect and a digest of its text. When a customer accepts the Terms, that acceptance is logged against the digest of the version then in force, so it is always possible to establish exactly which wording was agreed to.

Version 1.6, effective 2026-09-28. Read it at /terms. This is an interim version: it is the agreement in force, and it has not yet been reviewed by outside counsel.

  • Version 1.5 — published 2026-09-26, superseded 2026-09-28 · digest d8040524285b3d6b — Described the Supplier Screening Report as two checks in §3.1, and the certificate check with an optional HS code in §3.3. Its digest changed with name-only edits before 2026-09-28; the one in force at supersession is shown. Superseded by v1.6, which describes the certificate check in §3.3 as asking for no customs code.
  • Version 1.4 — published 2026-09-25, superseded 2026-09-26 · digest 34ecb62a7b10c640 — Described the Compliance Requirement Check's CPSC, FCC and FDA coverage in §3.3. Superseded by v1.5, which describes the Supplier Screening Report in §3.1 as two checks (forced labor and sanctions) with no HS code and no CPSC category check.
  • Version 1.3 — published 2026-09-10, superseded 2026-09-25 · digest 64e5e3dc109c665d — Disclosed the Filing's certificate draft and document-read pre-fill in §3.2. Its digest was 99e3f32256a3bdd8 until a name-only edit on 2026-09-24 (§3.3 and §5: “Certificate Requirement Check” became “Compliance Requirement Check”). Superseded by v1.4, which describes that check's CPSC, FCC and FDA coverage in §3.3.
  • Version 1.2 — published 2026-09-06, superseded 2026-09-10 · digest 0aef1e5c2041c8c5 — Added §3.5 (paid deliverable packages). Superseded by v1.3, which disclosed the Filing's certificate draft and document-read pre-fill in §3.2 and removed the CPC Readiness Check from §3.5.
  • Version 1.1 — published 2026-08-14, superseded 2026-09-06 · digest 95f2497d4cdc74f9 — Added §3.4 (Supplier Data Request Pack). Superseded by v1.2, which added §3.5 (paid deliverable packages).

  • Version 2026-08-08 — published 2026-08-08, superseded 2026-08-09 · digest 711a8302acd6ff15 — Published as a draft and marked as not in effect for its whole life. Archived because the acceptance checkbox went live alongside it, so acceptances may be recorded against this digest.

Changes

Material changes are posted before they take effect and, where an email address is on file, sent to that address. Changes apply only going forward and do not alter the terms governing anything already purchased.
