Terms archive
Each version of the Terms of Service is recorded here with the date it took effect and a digest of its text. When a customer accepts the Terms, that acceptance is logged against the digest of the version then in force, so it is always possible to establish exactly which wording was agreed to.

Version 1.3, effective 2026-09-10. Read it at /terms. This is an interim version: it is the agreement in force, and it has not yet been reviewed by outside counsel.

Changes
Material changes are posted before they take effect and, where an email address is on file, sent to that address. Changes apply only going forward and do not alter the terms governing anything already purchased.
