For toys and other children's products, TikTok may ask for three things when you apply to sell in the category. TikTok calls this category qualification.
First, a CPC issued in the last 365 days, in English, that names the CPSC-accredited lab. Second, a test report from a CPSC-accredited lab, also issued in the last 365 days, with pass or fail results shown. Third, photos of the tracking label on the product and on its packaging.
The CPC is the certificate the importer issues, based on the lab's tests. TikTok's rule adds a date limit on top of that.
